The Data We Collect

We collect basic personal information, including data supplied when getting a quote. This data may include your first and last name, your email address, phone number, physical address, and the payment information that you supply. All data is used to facilitate customer service and delivery of our storage services. We never sell or share your personal data with third-parties and we protect your information with advanced encryption technology to prevent it from being stolen.


When you leave a comment on our site, we collect the data shown in the comment form. We also collect other data, including your IP address and browser user agent string. This information helps us detect and prevent spam.


1. Do you offer storage units near me?

At 123 Stash, we offer a different experience from the traditional storage unit business. Instead of selling space and requiring you to do all the legwork, we come to you, pick up your items, and store them securely for you.

2. Can I use 123 Stash when I need to move?

Yes! Moving can be incredibly stressful, and we’re happy to take some of the load off your shoulders. We can store anything you need to make your move easier.

3. I just need to store items for a little while. Can you help?

Yes! We offer both temporary storage and long-term storage to fit your needs.

4. Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?

Yes! We offer empty boxes and packing material, and our prices are cheaper than what you’ll find with big box stores or DIY stores.

5. What are your storage and handling fees?

Glad you asked! Storage for each box is $5.92 per month, regardless of size. Initial drop-off and pickup to your door cost $29.97, and additional drop-offs, pickups, and re-deliveries are $19.96 each. Note that boxes shouldn’t weigh more than 20 lbs. If you have a heavier load, email us for more information.

6. Can you pack my stuff, too?

Yes, we can! We provide packing services for $25 per box plus the cost of any packing material.

7. What about insurance? Do you guys offer that?

Yes, we offer standard insurance for $2.50 per month for each $100 of value, so if you store $100 worth of belongings with us, basic insurance would be $2.50 per month. We insure against common threats, including fire, theft, hurricane, tornado/wind damage, hail, lightning, and water damage. When packing your boxes, make sure to write down the value of each item on a packing list. There are no deductibles or exclusions with our insurance, which means peace of mind for you.

8. What box sizes can you offer?

We offer four different sizes. Small boxes measure 16x10x10 and work great for books, CDs, and smaller items. Medium boxes measure 18x14x12 and are good for decorative items, bath towels, bedding, and the like. Large boxes measure 20x20x15 and can hold larger appliances, pillows, and other items. Extra-large boxes measure 23x23x16 and can hold bulky bedding, sports equipment, and large pillows.

9. Do I need to follow any packing guidelines?

We recommend that you follow a few basic rules, including:

  • Clearly label all boxes
  • Create and include a packing list in each box (maintain a copy of the list for your records)
  • Take pictures while packing each box showing your items
  • Take pictures of the box from all sides before pick-up
